Nirav Metha
A dynamic entrepreneur, Nirav began with a furniture plant in India. He expanded to finance, mortgages, restaurants, and real estate in the U.S., co-founding Yum & Chill Restaurant Group and the Clearwater Donut Network. He founded Fanous Capital Group in 2003 and Fanous Home Loan in 2020. An expert in global finance, he was FIA President in 2010 and rang the NASDAQ Opening Bell. Committed to philanthropy, he supports community causes.

Alberto Giannetti
Alberto has four decades of experience in insurance, risk management, and public-sector advisory. He has held leadership roles at Allianz and Aon, focusing on public entities and serving on the Aon Advisory & Solutions Board. His expertise includes risk analysis, claims management, and insurance programs for public administrations. Additionally, Alberto has institutional experience from his early political roles and as Delaware’s representative in Italy.
